Locker Room Protocol
Locker Room Conduct and Rules
- No players allowed in the locker room without a screened adult’s supervision.
- Players must be at the rink on game days one hour before game time. Pregame workout 45 minutes before game time. (Unless otherwise told from your team’s Coach)
- No cell phones in the locker room, all phones must be put away from the moment you walk in the locker room until the moment you walk out.
- Foul language will not be tolerated.
- Music is a privilege, if abused or the level of focus isn’t strong the privilege will be taken away.
- All sticks should be stored in the stick rack or by the locker room door.
- ALWAYS respect others and their belongings. There is zero tolerance for disrespecting others' belongings.
- No locker room boxing, bullying, or rough housing will be tolerated. Any player not complying with this rule will be turned over to R&E and players will be disciplined accordingly.
- Locker Rooms must be left in better condition than found.
- Immediately report any damage to the locker room upon arrival to the rink management, coaches or managers.
- On game days, return to the locker room, remove your helmet and gloves and wait for the post-game coach’s discussion. Violators will be asked to leave the locker room and future ice time will suffer
- On practice days, the locker room is to be cleaned and empty within 10-15 minutes of leaving the ice.
- Locker Room leadership will be designated by the coaches. Violation of the rules will be reported to the coaches.
- The locker room is a safe place for all our Leaf players. Let’s work together and make sure this season is enjoyable for all.
- ANY PLAYER IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE LOCKER ROOM RULES WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE DISCIPLINARY ACTION
