Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Mites Program

Roster placement of the athlete constitutes a binding agreement, and no refunds will be provided thereafter. This policy ensures the financial stability and operational continuity of the program.

Squirt PeeWee & Bantam Program

Roster placement of the athlete constitutes a binding agreement, and no refunds will be provided thereafter. This policy ensures the financial stability and operational continuity of the program.

Midget Program

Total amount minus registration fee ($99) and processing fee ($20).

Girls Program

Roster placement of the athlete constitutes a binding agreement, and no refunds will be provided thereafter. This policy ensures the financial stability and operational continuity of the program.

Future Leafs

Roster placement of the athlete constitutes a binding agreement, and no refunds will be provided thereafter. This policy ensures the financial stability and operational continuity of the program.

Bantam Checking Clinic

Free for Spring Registrants to the Leafs Hockey Club. No refunds after registered per Leafs Hockey Club Policy.
